MindAligned is the English-language arm of a healing methodology that has run for years in Hebrew under the name Self Heal. We took what worked, adapted it for a global audience, and built a vehicle to deliver it.
Why this exists.
The methodology came out of a long, personal road through autoimmune disease, anxiety, and the search for something more honest than the standard offerings. It is not new. The principles are old. What is new is how we have framed them: a simple, step-by-step protocol that any motivated person can run on their own body and mind, without a guide standing over them.
For years it has helped people in Hebrew. We are now bringing it to people in English.
Who builds this.
MindAligned is co-founded by Dan Lustig and an in-house agent system. Dan sets direction, makes the calls, records the voice that you hear on the audio. The agent system handles the rest: writing, building, testing, shipping, supporting. We mention this openly because we think the human plus agent partnership is itself part of the story. It also explains how a small team operates this transparently.
Who we serve.
Smart, self-aware people who have done a lot of work and still feel stuck. The classic profile is someone in their thirties or forties who has tried therapy, tried alternative methods, read the books, and still feels something deep is unresolved. If that sounds familiar, you are in the right place.
What we are careful about.
We do not promise cures. We do not replace medical care. We do not create dependency on a coach or a subscription. The Starter Kit is a one-time, low-commitment first step. If it serves you, there will be deeper work available. If it does not, you have lost very little.

MIND ALIGNED LIMITED, the Hong Kong company that operates this site, licenses the underlying intellectual property and adapts it for the international audience. We tell you this so that nothing about how we are structured is hidden.
