1. Who we are

"MindAligned", "we", "us", and "our" refer to MIND ALIGNED LIMITED, a Hong Kong limited company, Business Registration Number 80246674, registered office Unit 2904-05, 29/F, Universal Trade Centre, 3 Arbuthnot Road, Central, Hong Kong.

2. What we offer

MindAligned provides educational content, audio sessions, written materials, and related digital products focused on mental and emotional self-care. Everything we offer is for personal educational use.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old to purchase a product or accept these terms. By using the site you confirm that you are at least eighteen.

4. Not medical advice

Our content is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. We are not licensed medical professionals. Nothing you read, hear, or do through MindAligned should replace consultation with a qualified medical or mental health professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country.

5. No guarantee of results

We share results that real people have reported. We do not promise the same outcome for you. Healing is individual, and many factors are outside our or your control. Your engagement with the material, your existing conditions, your support system, and your medical context all shape what is possible.

6. Purchases and payments

When you purchase a product, the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Currency conversion fees, if any, are applied by your card issuer. Payments are processed by Airwallex (Hong Kong) Limited under Airwallex's terms. We do not store your card details.

6a. Payment plans and recurring charges

Some products may be purchased in a payment plan of two or more installments. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize MIND ALIGNED LIMITED, through Airwallex, to store your payment method and to charge the remaining installments automatically on the agreed schedule until the total price is paid in full. Each installment is charged on the same day of the month as your first payment; if that day does not exist in a given month, the charge falls on the last day of that month. The number of installments and the amount of each installment are shown to you at checkout before you confirm. If a scheduled charge fails, we may retry it over the following days and will contact you to update your payment method. You can ask us to stop a payment plan at any time by contacting us; stopping future installments does not refund installments already paid. Refunds of amounts already charged follow the Refund Policy below.

7. Refunds

Our refund policy is straightforward: a 14-day window from purchase, no questions, full refund. Read the full Refund Policy for details and limits.

8. Access and account use

When you purchase a product, you receive lifetime access linked to the email you used to buy it. Do not share your access links or downloaded files with people who have not paid. Reasonable use for your own family or household is fine. Redistribution is not.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our products is owned by MIND ALIGNED LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use what you buy for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or build derivative works without prior written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or products for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access areas of the site not made available to you.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or republish our content.
• Misrepresent yourself or your relationship to us.
• Interfere with the operation of the site for other users.

11. User-submitted content

If you send us feedback, testimonials, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in our marketing, with appropriate anonymization if you prefer. You can withdraw that license at any time by emailing us.

12. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the site or any product is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MIND ALIGNED LIMITED, its directors, officers, and contractors against any claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or products.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms. If we terminate your access due to a breach, refunds are at our discretion.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to sue locally.
