The short version

• You have 14 days from your purchase date to request a refund.
• No forms. No surveys. No "explain why" requirement.
• One email. We refund in full within five business days.

How to request a refund

Email hello@mindaligned.io with the subject line Refund. Include:

• The email address you used to purchase.
• The product name (for example, "7-Day Mind Alignment Starter Kit").
• Approximate purchase date (within a few days is fine).

That is all we need. We do not ask you to justify the request.

When you will see the money back

We process refunds within five business days of receipt. The funds appear on the original card or payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit can take an additional three to ten business days to clear. Total: usually within two weeks of your email.

Edge cases

Beyond 14 days. Email us anyway. We honor refund requests outside the window when there is a clear reason (life event, technical issue you experienced, dissatisfaction you have not had time to share). We are not robots about it.

Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback through your bank before contacting us, we will not refund through both channels. The chargeback supersedes the refund request, and we will respond to the chargeback through the bank's process.

Fraud or abuse. If we see a pattern of buy-and-refund across multiple purchases from the same person, we reserve the right to decline future refunds and to ban the email from future purchases.

Your statutory rights

Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country grants you stronger refund rights than this policy, those rights apply. This policy adds to your statutory rights, it does not replace them. In the European Union and the United Kingdom, this includes your fourteen-day right to withdraw from a distance contract under consumer protection law.
